مدير تطوير تنظيمي (Organizational Development Manager)

Job Summary

This role focuses on enhancing company performance, processes, and organizational capabilities by leading development and transformation projects in collaboration with department managers.

Responsibilities

• Convert the CEO’s strategic vision into actionable development plans and measurable initiatives.
• Evaluate current processes, structures, and systems to find improvement opportunities.
• Manage approved initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, service quality, cost reduction, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Create performance indicators and dashboards, track progress, and ensure corrective measures are taken.
• Collaborate with Operations and the Project Management Office to enhance contract and project execution.
• Assist in refining governance, policies, roles, and delegated authorities.
• Lead change management efforts including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
• Support digital transformation and process automation alongside Technology and IT departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• CCMP or equivalent change management certification is preferred.
• Executive education in leadership or organizational change is an advantage.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience at C-level in organizational development, transformation, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging with senior executives.
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, governance, organizational restructuring, and performance management.
• Proven track record delivering transformation initiatives from planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Experience preparing feasibility studies and business cases.
• Experience in digital transformation, ERP systems, partnerships, or service delivery improvement is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to lead change and coordinate across departments effectively.
• Ability to define performance metrics and evaluate costs, benefits, and risks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and professional working proficiency in English.
