Job Summary

The Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer at Sanabil Studio will lead the technology and product development for Renti, a rent financing platform. This role involves owning the entire tech stack and product experience, from underwriting to customer interactions, and collaborating closely with the CEO on strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop the underwriting process including credit, affordability, and risk models for tenant applications.
• Automate the full customer journey from application and identity verification to disbursement, repayment, and collections.
• Lead product design and deliver an intuitive UX/UI for tenants and landlords on web and mobile platforms.
• Architect the core platform and make decisions on build-versus-buy for payments, data, and infrastructure.
• Establish and grow the technology team as the venture expands, from initial hires to a full product and engineering group.
• Ensure the platform meets security, compliance, and audit requirements relevant to Renti’s regulatory environment.
• Collaborate with the CEO on fundraising, technical due diligence, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with experience building and shipping products.
• Experience designing or implementing integrations with SIMAH and Nafath or building credit scoring and risk models, preferably in lending or embedded finance.
• Strong product sense and UX/UI skills, capable of owning design decisions.
• Experience automating customer journeys and operational workflows.
• Comfortable working in a zero-to-one environment, building lean and iterating quickly.
• Effective communication skills with CEOs, investors, and engineering teams.
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, proptech, or consumer lending.
