Job Summary

The Co-Founder – Technology & Product will lead the development of a professional web ordering platform and its underlying data infrastructure, supporting pricing, credit decisions, and integrations. This role involves building technology from the ground up and managing the engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product and technology lifecycle end-to-end, including the web ordering platform and data layer.
• Prioritize and deliver critical features quickly for the pilot phase, then focus on scaling and strengthening the platform.
• Develop and maintain the data and underwriting infrastructure that supports pricing, credit decisions, and reporting.
• Handle integrations with supplier inventory/pricing systems, payment and collection services, and future insurer and ERP systems.
• Lead and build the engineering and product teams, overseeing architecture, security, and data governance compliance (PDPL).

Must haves

• At least 8 years of experience building B2B, marketplace, or fintech products as a technical co-founder or senior engineering leader.
• Proven track record of building and launching a marketplace, B2B commerce, or fintech platform from zero to one.
• Strong understanding of marketplace and payments/credit data flows and ability to develop the data/underwriting layer.
• Experience leading engineering teams and making architecture decisions.
• Effective communication skills with CEO, finance/credit lead, and product manager.
• Fluent in English and based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Nice to haves

• Experience in the KSA/GCC market.
• Knowledge of ZATCA e-invoicing.
• Familiarity with embedded-finance or BNPL integrations.
• Experience with ERP or workshop-management systems.
