Job Summary

The RPA Support Coordinator manages daily support and monitoring activities for RPA bots and automation processes, ensuring timely incident tracking and coordination among technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RPA Support & Monitoring team with daily support coordination.
• Oversee monitoring of RPA bots, processes, and scheduled automation tasks.
• Track incidents, service requests, and production issues with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with RPA Developers and relevant teams for issue resolution and escalation.
• Monitor support tickets, priorities, and statuses to ensure prompt action.
• Maintain records of incidents, recurring problems, resolutions, and support activities.
• Prepare regular reports on support operations, including incidents and bot statuses.
• Coordinate production support activities, including escalation and operational follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1 year experience in RPA support, technical support, operations, coordination, or related technical area.
• Basic knowledge of RPA concepts and automation processes.
• Basic understanding of production support, incident management, and issue tracking.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms such as SS&C Blue Prism is preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced technical environment and ensure issue resolution.
• Experience with tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
