Job Summary

The SAP Solution Advisor (Pre-Sales) supports customers in transforming their business using SAP solutions by collaborating with sales teams to identify and secure opportunities. This role acts as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating SAP’s value in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies, lead discovery, and support deal strategy and competitive positioning.
• Design and deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts that align customer needs with SAP solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and position SAP as a strategic partner for transformation.
• Maintain expertise in SAP solutions and industry trends including cloud, AI, and analytics, sharing insights with customers and colleagues.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, consulting, product, and partner teams and provide mentorship to others.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, enterprise software, or business consulting.
• Experience with SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Analytics Cloud.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise transformation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with proven ability to engage executives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluency in English at B2/C1 level or higher.

Nice to haves

• SAP certifications.
• Experience with cloud ERP and transformation projects.
• Industry expertise in sectors such as Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of AI, analytics, and automation technologies.
