Job Summary

The Strategy Principal Director leads strategic initiatives to help clients navigate rapid change by integrating people and strategy, focusing on sustainability, inclusion, and board effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Originate and deliver multi-million-dollar client engagements.
• Maintain established relationships with High Tech clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and independently close significant deals.
• Lead teams of 10+ consultants across multiple projects.
• Drive business development including proposal and thought leadership.
• Coach and mentor teams to develop high performance.
• Develop market-differentiating points of view and frameworks.
• Support CEOs in driving comprehensive strategy agendas focused on sustainability, inclusion, and board effectiveness.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of strategy and operations consulting experience at top-tier firms.
• Minimum 13 years consulting experience mainly in Communication and Media Technology.
• Strong knowledge of Technology Strategy and Advisory including digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Valued knowledge of telecommunications networks such as 5G, fiber, and core/RAN architecture.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of Middle East business culture and government-commercial interfaces.
• Proven ability in strategic decision-making and quantitative skills for financial or operational modeling.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Digitally savvy with passion for technology and its business impact.
• Natural leadership skills with ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.

Nice to haves

• MBA or graduate degree in a related field.
• Experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
