استشاري تحسين الأداء – Management Consultant (Performance Improvement)

Job Summary

This role involves supporting performance improvement projects for diverse clients, focusing on operational diagnostics, supply chain optimization, and financial modeling to drive value creation.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of specialist teams on projects across industries such as Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, Aerospace & Defence.
• Support the full delivery cycle of performance improvement initiatives including operational diagnostics and cost-reduction efforts.
• Conduct supply-chain optimization and financial modeling to quantify impacts and aid decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering (or foreign equivalent) with strong academic record.
• 5-8 years of consulting experience at a top-tier international consulting firm.
• Broad functional expertise including supply chain, large transformations, financial modeling, and pricing.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC for client engagements.
• Valid Saudi residency or ability to obtain it; support provided for permits; ability to obtain work permits for EU travel.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is advantageous.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Ability to work full-time in both office and remote settings and physically able to work at a computer for extended periods.
