Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to build long-term, profitable relationships with customers in a defined territory. The role involves direct field sales, customer consultation, and technical support while representing the Hilti brand.

Responsibilities

• Create value in assigned accounts through strategic planning and execution.
• Engage in professional field sales and provide high-level customer consultation.
• Offer efficient solutions and technical support to customers.
• Represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
• Develop strategic account relationships focused on optimizing customers’ product usage.
• Build long-term sustainable relationships based on understanding customer business needs.
• Work autonomously to plan, organize, and prioritize activities within the territory.
• Take responsibility and demonstrate initiative to grow the business in the assigned area.

Requirements

• Experience in outside sales working directly with customers.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Technical qualification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proven ability to develop engaged customer relationships and implement strategic concepts.
• Excellent time and territory management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and smartphones.
