Job Summary

The Client Onboarding Specialist at MOZN is responsible for managing the entire onboarding process for FOCAL customers, ensuring smooth platform implementation, user training, and readiness for go-live.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete onboarding journey for FOCAL clients from start to finish.
• Serve as the main contact for clients during the onboarding process.
• Conduct training sessions for client teams on the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep onboarding activities on schedule.
• Address and escalate technical questions, feature requests, and configuration issues during onboarding.
• Keep detailed onboarding documentation and track progress for all active clients.
• Handle multiple client onboardings simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Ensure smooth transition of clients to the Customer Success team after go-live with full context.
• Identify recurring issues or gaps in the onboarding process and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementation, Project Coordination, Account Management, or similar roles.
• Experience managing customer onboarding projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Experience delivering customer training sessions, workshops, or user enablement programs.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in AML, Fraud Prevention, Financial Crime, Risk Management, FinTech, or Financial Services is a strong plus.
