Job Summary

Core Code io is seeking a Data Processing Specialist to manage, process, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and databases. The role involves collecting, organizing, and validating large volumes of information while ensuring data quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources
• Enter and update information accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and formatting
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates
• Perform data validation and quality checks before information is finalized
• Extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analysis
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations, and system updates
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in data processing, data entry, data management, administration, operations, or a similar role
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or data management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience performing data validation and quality control
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• English proficiency if the position involves working with English-speaking teams or documentation
