مهندس حلول أول (Senior Solutions Architect)

Job Summary

Lead technical pre-sales and customer success across the commercial footprint, anchored in Riyadh and expanding into the region. You will serve as the technical authority mapping think AI Nodes and ILM to customer environments, workloads and constraints, with daily customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solution design on major deals, translating customer requirements into hardware and software configurations.
• Lead workshops, technical deep dives and proof-of-concept scoping with customer architects and engineering teams.
• Manage the Solutions Engineer and Customer Support Technician, including hiring, development and team growth.
• Own technical RFP responses with accuracy, completeness and strategic perspective.
• Bridge sales and engineering teams, communicating customer pain to the product team and engineering confidence to customers.
• Run technical onboarding and manage deployments from kickoff to go-live.

Must haves

• Eight years or more as a solutions architect, sales engineer or equivalent customer-facing technical role in AI, accelerated compute, server or data centre infrastructure.
• Experience at a leading hardware, hyperscale or AI company designing compute solutions for named accounts.
• Technical breadth across accelerated compute, networking, storage, Linux, and training, fine-tuning and inference on bare metal.
• Experience managing a small technical team or acting as tech lead in a larger organisation.
• Fluent English, with Arabic as a strong advantage.

Nice to haves

• Hands-on experience with CUDA, ROCm, PyTorch, vLLM or comparable infrastructure tooling.
• Familiarity with liquid cooling, high-density rack design or regulated-environment architectures.
• Experience positioning combined hardware and software solutions.
• Postgraduate degree in a technical field or time inside a startup scaling from early to growth stage.
