Job Summary

The Technical Quality Manager / Success Plan Manager acts as a trusted advisor and escalation point for customers, using expertise in complex SAP transformations to ensure high-quality service and smooth delivery. The role focuses on strategic mitigation of risks and driving customer adoption and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation contact and trusted advisor for customers during SAP transformations.
• Assess customer risks, adoption challenges, and delivery issues to develop strategic mitigation plans.
• Guide customers through complex SAP implementations to optimize operations and improve business outcomes.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships based on trust and strategic advisory.
• Establish and lead governance activities such as Executive Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop and implement customer value advisory strategies aligned with SAP solution delivery.
• Drive improvements in customer adoption rates and reduce implementation risks through effective engagement.
• Utilize strong consulting, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills to manage complex stakeholder environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and customer engagement.
• Deep technical knowledge in at least one SAP Functional or Technical domain such as Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, SuccessFactors, Integration Suite, SAP BTP, Analytics, or Data Management.
• Ability to lead executive governance cadences including Executive Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Track record of managing complex customer relationships and translating business requirements into delivery outcomes.
• Experience driving customer adoption and value realization through strategic engagement.
• Capability to manage complex implementations and mitigate delivery risks.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
