Job Summary

The Channel Solutions Engineer at Netskope is responsible for supporting sales efforts by building strong relationships with partners, driving technical enablement, and educating customers on cloud security solutions. This role involves delivering demos, training partner SEs, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to expand Netskope’s presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and their SE teams.
• Lead technical enablement activities for assigned partners.
• Educate customers and partners on cloud security trends and how Netskope addresses these challenges.
• Conduct demos, best practice sessions, and workshops on use cases and deployments.
• Provide on-the-job training by enabling partner SEs to shadow presentations and installations.
• Assist partners in creating evaluation test plans to showcase Netskope’s platform strengths.
• Participate in channel marketing events as needed.
• Support partner recruitment by assisting in technical selling efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions or System Engineer with proven skills presenting technical information to executives or architects.
• Proven ability to use technical expertise to drive revenue.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows systems.
• Proficiency in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and operating systems including Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile.
• Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
• Hands-on experience with security solutions such as Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, and data protection technologies like HSM, Tokenization, and encryption gateways.
• Experience with Active Directory Services including ADFS; knowledge of Azure AD is desired.
• Familiarity with application programming interfaces such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and enterprise architectures.
• Understanding of the threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology trends simply.
• Bachelor’s degree.
