مدير استراتيجيات (Strategy Manager)

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing Gathern’s entire strategic planning and performance process, including the North Star driver model, OKR and initiative portfolio planning, and executive and board reporting to support leadership decisions based on accurate and traceable data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planning and analysis for key metrics such as revenue, reservations, ARPR, SCR, ADR, LOS, and take rate.
• Reconcile targets, actuals, and variances monthly.
• Conduct diagnostic analyses to attribute revenue and reservation gaps to drivers and translate findings into actionable items with assigned owners and deadlines.
• Develop and update scenario and sensitivity models for pricing, segmentation, and destination planning.
• Support annual and quarterly planning cycles including target setting and monthly ramp-up.
• Manage OKR planning including objectives, key results, initiative cards, scoring, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee the monthly performance cycle including data cut-off, variance review, commentary drafting, and publication on a fixed schedule.
• Produce monthly executive reports, quarterly summaries, and board materials with consistent standards and ensure all published figures are traceable and defined.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy/business operations role within marketplace, e-commerce, or travel platforms.
• Proven experience in executive and board reporting including action-titled decks, one-pagers, and KPI trees.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets capable of building and auditing multi-driver models end to end.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred (Arabic and English).
• Experience in the KSA or wider GCC market, especially in travel, hospitality, or short-term rental sectors.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and planning practices.
• Experience in pricing, revenue management, or customer segmentation.
