Job Summary

This role focuses on defining, managing, and evaluating business plans aligned with strategic objectives. It involves leading cross-functional teams to develop short-term business plans and data-driven models, ensuring alignment and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business plans based on complex data and analyses.
• Create innovative statistical and financial models to assess business performance.
• Define metrics to measure performance and recommend strategies to address gaps.
• Lead complex, time-sensitive market research projects to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related areas.
• Advanced university degree such as an MBA or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of research methodologies for complex business issues.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to apply new analytical techniques for insights and creative approaches.
• Excellent business acumen and technical knowledge in the relevant area.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including negotiation and influence.
• Proven project management skills leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Effective relationship management, partnering, and consulting abilities.
• Leadership skills including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
• Capability to lead multiple large, time-sensitive projects or work streams.
• Skill in identifying emerging trends from market and industry data to inform business planning.
