Job Summary

The AI Automation & Business Analysis Specialist at HyperPay focuses on transforming manual, repetitive tasks into automated processes across various departments, combining business analysis with hands-on development using AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Examine current processes, including exceptions and controls, and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to identify repetitive or error-prone tasks and decide on automation or simplification.
• Manage a prioritized list of automation projects with clear recommendations for each stage.
• Create prototypes and solutions using workflow automation tools, Python, SQL, and AI, applying fixed rules and AI where beneficial.
• Incorporate controls in automations such as input validation, exception handling, human approvals, and data protection.
• Monitor and enhance automations post-implementation based on performance and feedback.
• Document automation details including requirements, process maps, test cases, controls, and user guides.
• Analyze operational and financial data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in business analysis, data analysis, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Practical experience building automations or AI-assisted solutions using tools like n8n, Power Automate, Python, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Azure.
• Interest or experience in payments, fintech, or financial operations is advantageous.
• Awareness of data privacy, information security standards like PCI DSS, AI governance, and change control is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
