Job Summary

The Integration Specialist at ZenHR serves as the main technical contact for customers, assisting with integration implementation and troubleshooting to ensure smooth API interactions. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and managing integration setups tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for customers integrating ZenHR’s platform with third-party tools via APIs
• Set up, configure, and customize customer integration workflows according to their specific requirements
• Diagnose and fix issues related to API functions, data exchange, and integration workflows
• Guide customers through integration setup and configuration with clear instructions
• Work with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical problems
• Record customer interactions, technical challenges, and solutions in the support system
• Develop and update knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist customers in resolving common issues independently
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and streamline integration processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience designing and implementing integration solutions for complex software systems
• Experience in technical customer support
• Hands-on experience with API integration implementation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript (preferred but not required)
