Job Summary

The Senior Territory Lead will manage and grow Joint Replacement activities within the Central Region, focusing on customer relationships, sales targets, and product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned area.
• Monitor trends, competitors, product developments, and legal regulations, reporting findings to management.
• Execute sales activities aligned with regional targets and company strategies, and prepare sales reports as requested.
• Plan, conduct, and report on customer and partner visits and product demonstrations based on sales goals and customer needs.
• Assess customer proposals and prepare comprehensive material lists according to their requirements.
• Inform customers about purchasing procedures and collaborate with the tender department to support project procurement and reporting.
• Track delivery schedules and update customers accordingly.
• Manage delivery, installation, post-sales training, and attend surgery cases related to the products.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a diploma in a related field; higher education preferred.
• Experience in the Orthopaedic field.
• Knowledge of Medical Device environment and Medical Device regulations.

Nice to haves

• Experience in Joint Replacement is highly desirable.
