Job Summary
The Internal Sales Engineer at Technical Services Bureau Co. handles customer inquiries and project specifications to support sales activities through technical expertise and quotation preparation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer enquiries, project specifications, and tender documents.
- Choose and configure instrumentation according to application needs.
- Create technical and commercial quotations, compliance statements, and technical submittals.
- Communicate with customers to clarify technical details.
- Track quotations and assist the external sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Capability to interpret technical specifications and handle multiple enquiries.
- Experience in instrumentation or technical sales is preferred.
