Job Summary

This role involves designing, building, and operating cloud and delivery foundations to support scalable product and engineering teams. It focuses on automating software deployment processes while ensuring system availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment setup using suitable tools.
• Manage cloud services, servers, networking, and both development and production environments.
• Monitor system performance and availability, handle alerts, and resolve operational problems.
• Maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Oversee releases, deployments, and rollback processes.
• Implement security controls, manage access permissions and secrets, and coordinate system updates with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance build, test, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing Linux or Windows environments according to the company’s technology stack.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms.
• Practical experience with Alibaba Cloud and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of networking, identity and access management, and cloud security basics.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and systematic incident response skills.
