Job Summary

The Internal Sales Engineer at Technical Services Bureau Co. handles customer inquiries and project specifications to support sales activities through technical expertise and quotation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer enquiries, project specifications, and tender documents.
• Choose and configure instrumentation according to application needs.
• Create technical and commercial quotations, compliance statements, and technical submittals.
• Communicate with customers to clarify technical details.
• Track quotations and assist the external sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Capability to interpret technical specifications and handle multiple enquiries.
• Experience in instrumentation or technical sales is preferred.
