Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

Job Summary

The Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure is responsible for supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions within project teams, gaining hands-on experience on enterprise projects and following a structured professional growth path.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments with guidance from senior engineers
• Assist in migrations, upgrades, and implementations for client projects
• Conduct pre-migration checks, validation, and post-migration testing
• Support cutover activities and address issues during migration
• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when needed
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including configuration and handover materials
• Adhere to delivery standards and procedures of the Center of Excellence
• Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and certification programs

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure or cloud technologies
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server
• Good troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Nice to haves

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, or MS-102
• Experience with Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, or Intune
• Knowledge of Arabic
• Strong motivation to learn and pursue further certifications
