Senior Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

Job Summary

The Senior Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions for enterprise and government clients, working independently on complex tasks and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure solutions following Microsoft best practices
• Plan and carry out migrations of workloads, mailboxes, and applications to Azure and Microsoft 365
• Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune
• Conduct health checks, assessments, and remediation for Windows Server, Active Directory, and related platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including escalations from support teams
• Create technical documentation such as design documents, implementation plans, and handover materials
• Support presales activities by providing technical input, solution designs, proofs of concept, and estimates
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Experience managing migration and deployment projects in enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Nice to haves

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or MS-102
• Experience with Azure, M365, and Infrastructure solutions
• Knowledge of Arabic language
• Experience working with government or large enterprise clients
