Senior Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

The Senior Professional Services Consultant at Infoblox in Riyadh supports customer adoption of Infoblox products by delivering installation services and technical leadership. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer business needs and challenges into actionable implementation projects.
• Collaborate with customers and Infoblox Professional Services teams to address technical and business challenges using Infoblox products like NIOS, UniversalDDI, and Infoblox Threat Defense.
• Develop technical documentation for projects.
• Perform upgrades and refreshes of Infoblox customer environments.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve a customer satisfaction score of 95 or higher.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve customer discovery, service scoping, proposal quality, and pre-sales engagement.
• Provide mentoring to customers on Infoblox technology during project delivery.
• Support Infoblox Skilled to Secure partners with best practices for implementation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in professional services delivery and consulting.

<liExperience with Infoblox, BlueCat, or Palo Alto Networks is a plus.

• Experience in SaaS networking and/or software security is a plus.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP address management is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to present in meetings.
• Customer-focused mindset with initiative to act in the customer’s best interest.
• Technical knowledge of security concepts and products is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
