Head of Product

Job Summary

The Head of Product at TradePay, a Sanabil Studio company, leads the product vision and roadmap to develop and scale the B2B commerce platform enabling flexible payment solutions for suppliers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across key platform workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Operations, Partnerships, and Legal teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage product requirements, backlog, release planning, and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead integration efforts with external partners and service providers.
• Establish and drive product and development processes including backlog management, PRDs, metrics, release readiness, and post-mortems.
• Set up product metrics and reporting to enable data-driven decision making.
• Design and refine incentive and engagement mechanisms to boost adoption, retention, and healthy usage with proper controls.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a small, high-performing product team as the company expands.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of product experience including senior leadership roles.
• Experience building and scaling products in fintech, marketplaces, B2B platforms, or complex operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of transaction-based systems, workflows, and platform integrations.
• Experience designing gamification, loyalty, or incentive systems linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes independently.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and creating momentum.
• Effective communication skills across engineering, operations, commercial teams, and external partners.
• Bonus: experience in B2B payments, lending, working-capital products, FMCG or supply-chain businesses, emerging-market product launches, or A/B testing and cohort analysis.
