Strategy and Operations Lead

Job Summary

A Strategy and Operations Lead role partnering with the General Manager in Saudi Arabia to build and scale Huspy’s real estate business. You will design the operating model, establish scalable processes, and drive strategic initiatives as the Saudi business grows from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to define and execute growth strategy for the Saudi market
• Design and optimize the operating model to support rapid business growth
• Build, document, and implement scalable standard operating procedures and operational processes
• Work with developers and strategic partners to establish relationships within the Saudi real estate ecosystem
• Design and optimize commission structures to incentivize agent performance and support sustainable growth
• Support business planning, reporting, and P&L tracking for data-driven decision-making
• Analyze business performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives
• Drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Consulting, Business Operations, or CEO Office roles
• Experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, consulting, marketplace businesses, or proptech is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn strategy into execution
• Experience designing operational processes, operating models, or business frameworks
• Comfortable working with data and business performance metrics, including revenue and P&L reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment
