Specialist – Land Cost and Valuation

Job Summary

Support the development and enhancement of land cost models for Qiddiya city at the district and citywide level. Collect and validate data, prepare analytical outputs, and assist the Land Cost & Valuation team in supporting land development and financing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support development and ongoing enhancement of the land cost model for citywide and district-level analysis
• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and validating input from multiple business units and technical stakeholders
• Support land cost allocation across districts, plots and development phases using defined methodologies
• Prepare analytical outputs to support land development and financing decisions
• Track assumptions, dependencies and data gaps across workstreams
• Prepare presentations, analysis packs and reporting materials for the Land Cost & Valuation team
• Support scenario testing analysis for land development and financing decisions
• Identify issues, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in datasets or processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Saudi national (required for this position)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Ability to learn technical concepts and adapt to multidisciplinary workflows
• Experience in finance, real estate development or infrastructure is preferred
