Service Sales Graduate Engineer

Job Summary

Join Danfoss as a Service Sales Graduate Engineer supporting Digital & Lifecycle Services sales and after-sales support for Danfoss Drives in Saudi Arabia. You will provide technical support, manage service partnerships, and develop the install-base within the Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Digital & Lifecycle Services sales and after-sales support for Danfoss Drives in Saudi Arabia
• Provide technical support, on-site commissioning, and training
• Track and target Danfoss Drives install-base within the Kingdom
• Prepare sales quotations and technical documents for Danfoss DrivePro offers including maintenance contracts, spare parts, and extended warranty
• Support and develop Danfoss Services partners network, managing agreements and assessments
• Ensure service partners are technically and commercially strong and meet annual targets
• Provide updates on critical activities including pricing, forecasts, rebate plans, product launches, and lead times

Must haves

• Saudi national eligible to participate in graduate development opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of industry automation, HVAC or Water applications
