Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

Support production line operations by resolving machine issues, analyzing breakdowns, and improving maintenance and manufacturing processes. Participate in daily planning meetings and coordinate with maintenance teams and equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve machine issues and ensure continuous operation of production lines
• Analyze machine breakdowns and process failures to improve maintenance and manufacturing processes within budget constraints
• Participate in Line Daily Direction Setting meetings and execute daily plans
• Adhere to maintenance schedules and coordinate with OEMs when needed
• Liaise with Factory Maintenance Lead to schedule maintenance work and adjust priorities
• Ensure compliance with guards, interlocks, machine safety maps and EHS standards
• Implement IWS agenda in Jordan by owning a DMS and transferring knowledge to shop floor team
• Contribute to annual maintenance plan development with insights and line requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0-3 years of experience
• Advanced understanding of electrical processes
• Good understanding of mechanical processes
• Understanding of storeroom operating strategies
• Strong technical skills and ability to achieve technical mastery of equipment
• Effective communication and ability to coach and train others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and basic computer skills
• Problem-solving skills, initiative, ability to prioritize competing needs, and personal accountability
