Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, agent-based systems, and machine learning models
- Lead the full AI lifecycle including data preparation, model development, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable AI services
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience with machine learning, deep learning, and AI development
- Proficiency in common AI/ML libraries and frameworks
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Experience working with databases and data processing tools
- Knowledge of model training, evaluation, and deployment practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
