Product Specialist – Private – Riyadh – SAUDI ONLY

Job Summary

The Product Specialist – Private Sector will promote and support Takhassusi Bio-Medical’s medical and diagnostic products within private sector healthcare facilities in Riyadh. This role involves on-site visits to clinics and hospitals to present, demonstrate, and train healthcare professionals on the products.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support the company’s portfolio of medical and diagnostic products in private sector accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers to present product features and provide demonstrations.
• Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on product usage.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service and follow-up.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare related reports.
• Gather market and competitor information to inform strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders and logistics.
• Participate in marketing activities and events to enhance product awareness and adoption.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Specialist or similar role in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Strong communication skills to clearly present clinical or technical information.
• Customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Sales skills including account management and negotiation to meet sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Lab technology.
• Knowledge of allergy, respiratory, immunology, or diagnostics markets in KSA is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
