Aftersales Manager

Job Summary

The Aftersales Manager at Rox Jordan leads the aftersales team to provide excellent service to ROX Motor owners, focusing on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets for aftersales revenue and profitability.
• Increase sales of parts and accessories.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage workshop performance and quality of repairs.
• Maintain availability of spare parts as required.
• Optimize warranty cost recovery from the manufacturer.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Lead, develop, and assess the aftersales team.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in automotive aftersales, including at least 5 years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience managing aftersales P&L, service operations, and spare parts in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of warranty processes and manufacturer standards.
• Preferred experience with luxury, hybrid, or electric vehicle brands.
• Preferred experience in a car dealership or authorized service center.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong leadership skills, customer focus, and commercial judgment.
