Job Summary
This role involves developing and optimizing formulations for PVC-based WPC interior doors, focusing on improving product quality and cost efficiency in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Create cost-effective formulations for WPC doors.
- Adjust ratios of PVC resin, Calcium Carbonate, and additives for optimal results.
- Enhance product characteristics such as strength, density, surface finish, and dimensional stability.
- Optimize the use of foaming regulators and stabilizer systems.
- Lower raw material expenses while preserving product quality.
- Perform laboratory tests and conduct industrial production trials.
- Identify and resolve issues related to formulation and extrusion processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical experience in WPC/PVC formulation.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing WPC doors.
- In-depth knowledge of PVC compounds and chemical additives.
- Hands-on experience in formulation development and optimization.
- Direct experience with WPC door formulation and extrusion.
