Job Summary

This role involves developing and optimizing formulations for PVC-based WPC interior doors, focusing on improving product quality and cost efficiency in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Create cost-effective formulations for WPC doors.
• Adjust ratios of PVC resin, Calcium Carbonate, and additives for optimal results.
• Enhance product characteristics such as strength, density, surface finish, and dimensional stability.
• Optimize the use of foaming regulators and stabilizer systems.
• Lower raw material expenses while preserving product quality.
• Perform laboratory tests and conduct industrial production trials.
• Identify and resolve issues related to formulation and extrusion processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience in WPC/PVC formulation.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing WPC doors.
• In-depth knowledge of PVC compounds and chemical additives.
• Hands-on experience in formulation development and optimization.
• Direct experience with WPC door formulation and extrusion.
