Training Consultant (AI & Microsoft Technologies)

Job Summary

This role involves delivering both introductory and advanced technical training in AI and Microsoft technologies. The consultant will prepare and deliver structured training supported by practical use cases across four key areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and organize training materials for introductory and advanced levels in four specified areas.
• Create comprehensive presentations, practical exercises, and supporting resources for all training topics.
• Design a structured training plan detailing content and duration for each module.
• Provide a timeline with key milestones and completion dates for preparation and delivery.
• Ensure all training materials are technically accurate, current, and aligned with training objectives.
• Deliver training sessions independently across all four areas.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia as needed for on-site training activities.
• Work remotely from Jordan for preparation and some training activities, with hybrid on-site presence in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Introduction & Advanced Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Graph, AI Forecasting & Predictive Analytics, and Advanced Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft AI technologies, and ecosystem integrations.
• Experience delivering technical training to corporate teams.
• Ability to independently develop structured training materials and practical exercises.
• Strong presentation, communication, and knowledge-transfer skills.
