DP Engineer

Job Summary

The DP Engineer will support, maintain, and secure the IT infrastructure of the card personalization facility in Riyadh, ensuring high availability and compliance with PCI Card Production security standards and Payment Scheme rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for servers, network devices, workstations, printers, and production systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems.
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and VLANs, ensuring segmentation between card production and corporate networks.
• Apply security patches and updates within SLAs and maintain system hardening standards.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, review results, and follow up on mitigation according to remediation SLAs.
• Manage user accounts and access rights via Active Directory.
• Monitor systems, logs, and alerts; escalate and document security incidents promptly.
• Maintain backups and regularly test restore procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Experience in PCI, banking, or secure manufacturing environments is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing), and firewalls.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent.
• Preferred certifications include CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, and CompTIA Security+.
• Knowledge of PCI CP or ISO 27001 requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup solutions, and monitoring tools is preferred.
• Experience in vulnerability management and patching is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
