Job Summary
This role involves designing, customizing, and supporting SAP MM and WM solutions by gathering business requirements and ensuring alignment with business processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements.
- Analyze and map business needs to develop solution modifications.
- Design, configure, customize, and test SAP MM and WM modules.
- Identify gaps and create workaround solutions.
- Serve as a liaison for troubleshooting and resolving SAP issues.
- Manage SAP changes and emergency transports for critical issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Provide training and support to end users as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with ERP solutions, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle ERP implementation and end user support.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and warehousing processes.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented approach.
- Proficient verbal and written English skills.
