Job Summary
The Senior Back-End Developer will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems, databases, and APIs for various technical projects and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support back-end systems for websites and applications.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Design, manage, and optimize database systems.
- Integrate third-party services and payment gateways.
- Build secure, scalable, and reliable systems.
- Identify and fix software bugs.
- Enhance system performance and response times.
- Collaborate with front-end and mobile developers and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Back-End Development.
- Proficiency in one back-end language such as PHP, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with frameworks like Laravel, NestJS, or Django.
- Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization systems like JWT and OAuth.
- Proficiency with Git and version control.
- Good knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Must currently reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
