Sales & Project Engineer

Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of parking management systems, while also leading technicians and managing client relations and project proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of parking management systems.
• Lead and supervise technicians to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
• Diagnose technical problems and manage repairs, spare parts, and supplier coordination.
• Explore new business opportunities related to parking solutions, car park management, and valet services.
• Build and maintain client relationships and perform site visits to evaluate project needs.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in parking systems, technical projects, or equipment maintenance.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing installation and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with parking barriers, payment machines, access control systems, and parking management software.
• Background in sales engineering, business development, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license and readiness to travel to project locations.
