Power BI Developer

Job Summary

The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions and dashboards to support programme performance monitoring and executive decision-making for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards for various stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze reporting requirements from PMO and related teams.
• Develop data models, transformation processes, and automated reports using Power BI tools including Power Query and DAX.
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems such as project controls, scheduling, cost, risk, and document management platforms.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data in all reporting solutions.
• Build KPI dashboards and executive reporting packs to aid programme performance management.
• Collaborate with PMIS, digital, and information management teams to improve data architecture and reporting workflows.
• Provide user training, technical support, and maintain documentation and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or enterprise information management.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification or equivalent.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise-level Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Experience integrating data from SQL Server, Oracle databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, PMO, or programme management environments.
• Understanding of KPI development, performance reporting, and executive dashboard design.
• Experience creating automated reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, cost, risk, and commercial management data structures is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
