Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

The Lead Data Analyst will manage data analysis and customer database activities, focusing on improving targeting accuracy for marketing campaigns and leading a data analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the data analytics team, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance.
• Maintain and enhance customer databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Oversee data extraction and integration from various sources using advanced tools.
• Identify new data sources to expand the customer database and target new segments.
• Analyze customer data to segment audiences based on interests, behavior, and market opportunities.
• Develop targeting strategies to reach qualified and interested customers for marketing efforts.
• Implement data cleaning and deduplication to reduce duplicate records and repetitive messaging.
• Monitor lead quality, campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve targeting and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in data analysis and database management, including team leadership.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience with Data Extraction, Web Scraping, Data Processing, and Data Cleaning.
• Strong background in Database Management, Data Deduplication, and Data Quality Assurance.
• Experience in Customer Segmentation, Lead Qualification, and Customer Behavior Analysis.
• Knowledge of customer targeting strategies, message deliverability, and marketing campaign engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Lead Management processes.
• Ability to analyze marketing campaign metrics including response and conversion rates.
• Experience creating analytical reports, dashboards, and tracking KPIs.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to manage and develop team performance.
• Capability to translate complex data into actionable insights supporting business decisions and sales/marketing performance.
