Job Summary

Lead the L2 Application Support team managing enterprise IBM Integration platforms, ensuring operational stability and availability. Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for IBM integration technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the L2 Application Support team for IBM Integration platforms and services to maintain high availability and stability.
  • Provide technical leadership and direct support for IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and IBM DataPower.
  • Manage and resolve complex support incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLAs.
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical integration problems across APIs, message flows, and connected applications.
  • Monitor integration platforms proactively to identify and address performance, availability, capacity, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with multiple technical teams and vendors to resolve complex production incidents and integration failures.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for L2 support and guide support engineers in resolving complex incidents.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL and enterprise support processes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of IT experience with significant IBM Integration and application support expertise.
  • Experience leading L2 Application Support teams in enterprise production environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
  • Strong knowledge of IBM DataPower for API management, security, routing, transformation, and integration.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting integration flows, APIs, message queues, connectivity, and middleware components.
  • Experience in production support, incident, problem, change, and SLA management.
  • Ability to lead technical teams, manage escalations, coordinate across technology teams, and communicate with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in banking/financial services or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.
