Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Genie9 seeks a hands-on Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to grow the user base, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue across web and mobile products. This role requires strong data analysis skills, campaign optimization expertise, and daily proficiency with AI tools across marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns
• Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, including prospecting, retargeting, audience testing, and creative testing
• Set up, maintain, and analyze tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase Analytics
• Use SEO, GEO, and Google Search Console to identify opportunities for organic traffic and visibility growth
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on engagement, conversion, and reactivation
• Analyze and improve the customer journey from traffic to signup to paid user
• Run A/B tests across ads, creatives, landing pages, offers, and messaging
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex for research, analysis, content creation, reporting, optimization, and automation

Must haves

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Strong hands-on use of AI tools in daily marketing work for research, analysis, reporting, optimization, creative work, and automation
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to haves

• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based, or mobile app products
• Google AdMob or AdSense experience
• Experience with Firebase Analytics and event tracking
• Understanding of SEO, GEO, and Google Search Console
