Data and Operational Performance Analyst

Job Summary

This role involves supporting operational monitoring and enhancement by collecting, analyzing, and reporting inspection and complaint data to inform decisions and promote continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize inspection, complaint, and related operational data uniformly for analysis and reporting.
• Check incoming records for completeness and consistency, noting any missing data or discrepancies.
• Analyze data to detect trends, recurring problems, and shifts in operational performance.
• Track agreed performance indicators and keep clear records of results over time.
• Compare different reporting periods and explain notable changes, patterns, or exceptions in the data.
• Produce operational reports presenting results clearly with supporting tables, charts, and written insights.
• Maintain well-organized analysis files and supporting documentation to trace reported figures back to their sources.
• Discuss findings with relevant teams and clarify data or operational information needed to complete analyses.

Must haves

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
