AI Team Lead

Job Summary

The AI Team Lead at BlackStone eIT will direct a team of AI specialists to develop and implement AI solutions that support the company’s goals. This role involves strategic planning, development, and deployment of AI technologies to improve products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI team in creating and deploying AI models and systems
• Work with stakeholders to find AI opportunities that add business value
• Guide the team in using machine learning frameworks and tools effectively
• Manage the project lifecycle from research and prototyping to production
• Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning trends
• Set best practices and encourage continuous innovation and improvement

Requirements

• 6+ years of practical experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or mentoring capacity
• Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure ML workspace, MLflow, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of NLP architectures such as Transformers, BERT, GPT variants, tokenization, vector databases, and libraries like Hugging Face and Lang Chain/Lang Graph
• Solid mathematical background in image processing and experience with OpenCV, YOLO architectures, and PyTorch Vision
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, managing model registries, and monitoring model drift
• Experience with Autonomous AI Agents development using Langchain, langgraph, Crew ai
• Background in edge deployment for Computer Vision models using TensorRT and ONNX
