AI Pre-sales Solution Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Job Summary

This role involves leading pre-sales activities for Generative AI solutions across the Middle East, combining technical expertise with customer engagement to deliver demos, proofs of concept, and tailored AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed discovery workshops for qualified opportunities and create customized solution presentations, demos, and prototypes addressing customer needs in voicebot, chatbot, and agentic AI.
• Independently develop and refine product demos using AI-assisted development (vibe coding) to demonstrate Agent Studio and platform features without relying on engineering teams.
• Define and manage POC scope, success criteria, and technical requirements; design solution architecture and workflows; coordinate with TSA, Agent Ops, and Delivery teams; oversee POC execution and present results with technical recommendations.
• Support proposal and bidding processes by providing detailed solution designs, defining architecture and sizing, preparing budgetary quotes, and collaborating with TSA, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
• Engage with C-level and IT leadership to understand business goals, manage commercial expectations during pre-sales, and coordinate cross-functional alignment to mitigate delivery risks and scope issues.
• Identify additional use cases after implementation, offer solution optimization advice based on operational insights, and assist with renewal and expansion proposals including updated architecture and technical positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting roles
• Hands-on experience with voicebots, chatbots, and generative AI technologies such as large language models, NLP, STT, and TTS
• Proven ability to independently build demos and prototypes using AI-assisted development tools
• Fluency in Arabic and Mandarin Chinese; English proficiency is advantageous
• Strong commercial understanding to frame solutions in terms of cost, scalability, and business impact
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East region for on-site customer engagements
