Job Summary

This internship role in the Technology and Digital Innovation Department involves supporting the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of charging and billing products and services under the Zain Youth Program.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing products and services and suggest improvements, as well as evaluate and support the rollout of new offerings.
• Analyze marketing needs and generate relevant statistics, while establishing KPIs for charging and billing systems to ensure their performance.
• Participate in charging and billing projects, upgrades, and internal projects.
• Analyze system functions and features and conduct necessary studies to enable these features.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues related to charging and billing systems.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits according to guidelines and assist auditors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Oracle.
• Experience with PL-SQL.
• Database programming skills.
• Software programming and shell scripting abilities.
• Familiarity with Unix and Linux operating systems.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Analytical thinking.
