Job Summary

This role leads a team of software developers focusing on web application development primarily using Angular and modern front-end technologies. The position involves managing technical guidance, collaboration with multiple teams, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of software projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a software development team, providing technical support and performance management.
• Serve as the main communication link between the development team and stakeholders such as Product Management, QA, and Support.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications with emphasis on Angular and modern front-end tools.
• Collaborate with Product Management to clarify requirements, define technical solutions, and assist in release planning.
• Work with QA teams to maintain code quality, fix defects, and support testing efforts.
• Support production issue resolution and provide technical insights to Support teams.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack web development including designing and deploying scalable applications.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and managing Agile tasks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with product owners to deliver features on schedule.
• Advanced skills in Angular including component-based architecture, RxJS, state management, modular design, and unit testing.
• Strong proficiency in React covering hooks, state management, Redux, routing, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core for RESTful APIs, microservices, backend logic, authentication, and integration.
• Knowledge of MS SQL including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and adherence to development best practices.
