مهندس التحقق والتصديق (Verification and Validation Engineer)

Job Summary

This role supports system verification and validation of a large security system during and after deployment, including customer acceptance. It is based in Riyadh with frequent travel within Saudi Arabia and occasional international trips.

Responsibilities

• Participate in verification activities within development teams and manage software release verification.
• Support test campaigns for customer acceptance events.
• Assist other V&V engineers in expanding domain knowledge.
• Prepare and review test documentation such as procedures, problem reports, and test reports.
• Conduct system-level verification and validation for system and customer releases, including load, stress, and performance tests.
• Utilize tools like DOORS, Jira, and Quality Center for V&V tasks.
• Report problems and gather information for root-cause analysis.
• Track bugs, retest fixes, and collaborate closely with development teams.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Verification and Validation of systems, familiarity with INCOSE and international system engineering standards, or ISTQB certification.
• Experience writing test procedures and reports.
• Ability to plan work and deliverables in detail.
• Strong analytical thinking and engineering mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to haves

• ISTQB or PMP certification.
• Experience working on large integration projects with direct customer interface.
• Knowledge of IT systems such as Networking, Storage, Server, Virtualization, System/Network administration.
• Driving license and ability to communicate in Arabic.
