Job Summary

The Technician role involves providing technical support and maintenance for industrial machinery, including diagnosing faults and performing repairs both in the workshop and on-site. The position requires interaction with international suppliers and supporting technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose machine faults and carry out maintenance tasks.
• Perform mechanical maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Conduct maintenance work in the workshop and at customer sites.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and spare-parts catalogs.
• Communicate professionally with international suppliers and factories.
• Support technical sales through knowledge of spare parts.
• Keep updated with modern machinery and technology through learning and research.
• Demonstrate responsibility, organization, proactivity, and solution orientation.

Requirements

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or strong relevant technical experience.
• Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose machine faults and perform workshop and on-site maintenance.
• Ability to understand technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and spare-parts catalogs.
• Good English, computer, and email communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with international suppliers and factories.
• Knowledge of spare parts and ability to support technical sales.
• Willingness to learn, research, and keep up with modern machinery and technology.
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
